Dell 3100cn Tray 1 keeps jamming

This machine actually looks like an Epson Laser that I worked on a few years ago....

Anyway, jamming only from Tray 1 Cassette. Checked the usual, thread on roller, meh, not bald, but also not brand new, cleaned. Replaced the infamous feed clutch solenoid sponge, and also cleaned out the mechanical clutch plates driving the transport roller towards the vertical section of the path.

Paper stops just as its going up that vertical path.

Anyone work on these?

Any tips are greatly preshiated.

Yes, the 3100 is both:

Epson C1100
and
Xerox [Fuji] DocuPrint C525A

The only thing I can think of trying is to also clean those rubber feed rollers that push the paper up into the feed path.
