hi I visited a customer today and his develop 420 is folding paper at registration roller. The sensor seems to be working but how I can check the magnetic clutch for the reg roller? Can there be any other reasons for the same. he was telling me some other tech visited the place for c 2403 and after that only this started. What can I do and I have to go there tomorrow. Somebody please ....

try spraying alcohol in the clutches and see if it improves temporarily till the alcohol dries and fails. this way you know for sure its the clutch.
also find the jam code when it happens.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

Tried the alcohol but no movement for the reg rollers. The clutch is not getting any power but the sensor is working because when I put a small paper on the sensor it shows paper jam. I am not able to contact the guys who opened the machine for that c 2403. So I dont know what they did.

2403 is the toner bottle home position IIRC, the repair is usually just putting the bottle in right or cleaning the 2 sensors on the hopper.
i dont know how that would interfere with the reg roller. unless connectors were bumped?We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
