The way I would do this is to borrow the fork lift and two assistants. Set the forks to the widest width that still clears the wheels and elevate it about two feet. Your two assistants keep the machine steady, and not flattening your head while you lay under the machine. Choose assistants that you trust. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

...Having never done a copier wheel change. I've taken a few off.
I believe Formula 1 guys have it down to a few second for all 4 wheels...
Wouldn't you luv a lift jack like the F1 pit crew use?

        Seriously though...
Two lengths/blocks of wood with the exact height of the copy wheels, so they juuuust fit under the copier. Place the two lengths of wood under the copier and then lean the copier back against the wall. Oh! use some hold-down masking tape on the ADF so the ADF doesn't fly open and damage the ADF or the wall.

You can lean the copier back and forward adding more padding/packing blocks of wood until you reach the top of the ceiling. It won't be that hard the leverage point is in your favor. You best get some help with adding extra blocks of wood.

They usually have too much common sense to stick their head under a 1000# machine, regardless of what's lifting it. =^..^=

Found some other interesting solutions to the problem.

New advanced silicone inflatable device, just add saline solution to increase lift...

Sorry I just had to throw that one in....
