    OKI C830N charge problem

Hello everyone. We have an OKI C830N that we have put too much time and money in already but the customer wants to try and fix it. It was still on the 1st set of toners when brought in. Supposedly it was working OK before being moved to a new location. ( see attached scan of print sample) We have changed black drum, transfer belt, service board, maintenance board, high voltage board. still not getting the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated. The one file attached is how it was initially and and the second one is after black toner has run out. This the demo page direct from the machine.
    Thanks a bunch guys!!

Were any of the other drums replaced? What kind of shape are they in (color drums)?

I only changed the black as it was the worst, thought maybe that is triggering an over charge on the others. Physically the other colors all look fine, page counts are around 1,700 pages on the whole printer.

I've seen where drums can cause other drums to acts erratically. You might want to think about replacing the color drums.
