Kip 700M will not purge queue thus printing multiples of a single sheet job

Hello fellow tech's
I can use some help. Customer has a Kip 700M after printing page will keep job in que and few minutes later reprint job again, minutes later print print it again then it may purge job from queue.
It is running IPS 7.3.428 and ips unattend 7.3.0.428. I have updated the windows driver at workstation, cleared monopath1,login, problem and TU folders.
I am new in servicing Kip's but have serviced the Ricoh's, HP's and Oki(LP1040).

IPS may need to be re imaged. use the disks. using the control panel does really do the job. back things up first
