    I'm not familiar with Oki's but if you can see the share from other PC's it could be anything from the Oki not supporting the latest version of SMB to using Microsoft account credentials. Check for tech pubs related to SMB v2 or v3.

    I've had a few cases where I could see the share from other PC's using the Microsoft account credentials (usually an email addreress), however the MFP just could not connect. I had to create a local account, give it permission to the folder, and then the MFP could scan with those credentials.

      This model only supports smb 1.Doesnt look like there will be any update to support smb 2 or 3.Try using email.
