[CQ] HP M477 Calibration not accomplishing

Please take a look at the attached sample. colors are out of alignment. I've replaced the Magenta cartridge and performed calibration numerous times to no avail. Looking in the repair manual doesn't suggest anything else. Please Help!

    what calibration? color?
what you have is REGISTRATION issues

what are the pages counts on supplies?
    OEM toners?
the manual DOES cover color registration.

Thanks. Maybe I'm missing something. I also was thinking color registration. I have two manuals. hp-clj-m452-m477-troubleshooting-manual and hp-clj-m452-m477-repair-manual. Am I missing a manual? All I found was the following in the troubleshooting manual.

      Color self calibration
The printer calibrates itself to maintain proper print-quality. The calibration corrects color-misregistration
and color-density variation due to environmental changes or internal variation in the printer.

Calibrate the printer to align the colors
Calibration is a function that optimizes print quality.
Follow these steps to resolve print-quality problems such as misaligned color, colored shadows, blurry
      graphics, or other print-quality issues.

Compatible, just replaced Magenta. I know I know, Trouble is that this is a Big account and they only use compatible. If I suggest trying OEM they'll say "All the other machines don't have this problem and they all have the same compatible toner".
I'll tell them to replace with OEM and calibrate (This machine is over an hour from me) and I'll post the results.

in most color machine types there are usually sensors that measure density's and registration marks, check those, replace laser unit for magenta as start timing is off or not correcting the timing of laser beam, then trace back to what board controls registration.

Take a toner out of one of the other machines and check. You said they have multiple machines, same? not same? Had a HP 575 with color registration problems, ended up being transfer belt, so... like the other guys said, oem toner or try another one from a working machine, doesnt have to new. They can be funny machine's(all HP) Good Luck,
