we need some help with a KIP 7170 error... the first one is E 070...the second one is E 0(3059)...can anyone offer some guidance as how to deal with either or both codes... error persist even after a reboot...thanks for the help in advance...

E-070 is a Developer Set error ... that is, either the developing unit isn't plugged in or the toner door interlock MS4 is not made. To view the developing unit remove the toner door (don't drop the brass washers on the doorstraps into the machine, they're really hard to get out) > remove (4) screws from the front cover > the front door will swing down to show the developing unit.

I have no idea what E 0(3059) is supposed to be (is that syntax correct?).If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
