    Oki c310 message : 310 close cover

    Does anyone have an experince with this message?
    Cover switch works good, tested by ohmmeter.
    I took out everything, put it back, the same thing.
    Any tips please?

          If this is a microswitch ... not a photointerrupter ... I would check to see that you are getting 24vdc to the microswitch. If you're not getting the 24vdc, track it back to figure out where you're losing it. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              24 Volts are present at microswitch plug/jack.

                  Fuse F5 seems to be good. It is on CU/PU board and i checked it for continuity. (on the board)
