          Sorry i didn't update the post. I solved by doing the latest firmware of Konica Minolta bizhub C287.
          [Periodic] firmwares don't work, you need to use [MR]. Before doing the update you need to set the DPSW 10 to 02, by doing so you change the machine from Generic (Develop or Olivetti) to Konica.
