Three small spots equidistant from each other along the vertical axis like there is a spot on the drum. I replaced the drum but the spots are still there. Charging assembly has been replaced. Transfer/separation corona wires have been replaced. New cleaning blade. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Check area under cleaning blade between blade and lower seal -even it is goot to bent to drum side this lower seal -it is very likely that seal is a little deformed to inside cleaning unit -so put finger on this seal from inside cleaning unit and bend this seal to drum side to avoid toner spills from cleaning blade between this seal and drum
PS. I'm working with oce Machines from 19 years. and i don't have limits from service like access to sdsand machine features

If you've already replaced the drum, charging assembly, transfer/separation corona wires, and the cleaning blade—and the three small, equidistant spots still persist—then it might be worth checking the fuser unit or even the toner cartridge (if it hasn’t already been swapped). Sometimes, microscopic debris or a defect in the toner roller can cause repeated spots at regular intervals. Also, make sure the laser scanner unit is clean—dust or toner buildup on the mirrors/lens can sometimes produce repeating marks.
For environments relying on multiple office devices, having stable and high-performance wireless coverage is key. Consider upgrading your network with the Ubiquiti UniFi U7-Pro-Wall, which delivers consistent connectivity—ideal for managing printers, scanners, and other business tech.
