I have a nice Oki Machine that has a bit of a wierd problem. When you turn it on it warms up then asks for the Cyan or Magenta drum to be reseated, you open the door pop the drum out 40mm and stick it back in and its happy to print.

Why do i need to reseat the drum every time, its doing my head in - Ive even tried a new drum and its the same.

It sounds like one or more of the electrical contacts on the machine side are not making good contact. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
