The customer say's machine is displaying Replace K toner 413. They said it ran out and they tried two unopened oem toners and still get same message. I will be going there tomorrow, any thoughts on this ?

Okidata officially exited North America on March 31 2021. No support is available.
Toshiba relabelled a similar product and the problem described above was a never ending issue. This model was introduced in Jan 2015 and is now discontinued. It is time for the customer to upgrade to a new copier.
Well it turns out the customer wasn't a hundred percent honest(imagine that) when I spoke with them on the phone. As it turns out they replaced toner and drum at the same time so the drum sucked up all the toner from new cartridge. Put another toner in and all is well.
