[Error Code] Develop Ineo +458 No Animation Guide Available

Good morning guys,

I am currently working on a few develop ineo+458 and a few of them are coming up with No animation guide available, ive looked around and found out this is to do with the movie files on the machine, would anyone be able to help me out and provide these files for me.
