i hope you can assist me please , i have an Olivetti d-Copia 5200MF i am having issues with , i replaced the MK last week and now the client is reporting jamming with the following codes JAM21,JAM41.JAM11 and JAM42 , i am struggling with this device and cant get to the bottom of the issue can someone please give me some guidelines i may have missed please as i need to get this sorted out asap
