Oki MC573 - Jam

Are there any Oki techs out there that might be familiar with the MC573? I have one that when the paper gets just to the exit of the fuser, it stops (paper just about an inch or less sticking out), pretty much the same place every time. I have already tried a new fuser, with no change. I am thinking possibly the registration sensor, (or the one right before the fuser), but I don't have access to a service manual to look up the layout.

Has anyone had this particular symptom, and corrected it? Any advise or input? I would appreciate your assistance. Thanks!

Did you check the sensors in maintenance mode switch scan tests?

No, I don't have a service manual and do not know how to enter service mode. I hardly ever work with Oki's. Mostly other brands and models.

Could you give me a link to get the SM or the part from the section that shows the procedure to enter service mode and then where I would go to find the switch scan tests?
