    [Misc] Olivetti 3024 / 3023

    Good day

    i am hoping some one could assist please
    i have had a few Olivetti 3024 / 3023 machines that have a grinding noise when powered on even new machines out of box , we replaced the transfer belt as it seemed thats where the noise was coming from but if you turn the belt drive motor by hand with the belt out the noise is gone , if i hold the belt drive gear on the left side of the machine near the yellow toner drive it makes a grinding noise when turning the drive motor by hand

    any suggestions or solution will be highly appreciated

      Yes, there it is. Why don't you just respond to one of the other threads you've posted on?
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
