    Oki Okidata C942 C941

previous company/servicer changed ADMIN PW - so i can not setup network.
Tried all the normal defaults. aaaaaa 000000 999999

can get in to service but don't see any way to clear...
is there a way to retrieve? or reset? did not want to factory reset if i didn't have to...
i do have all the parameters printed from service just in case we need to reset to factory.

thanks in advance these are not my main offerings....

That's the only thing that I can think of. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

yes, both last 6 and full 10 digits.

tried everything i can think of.

i have a spare machine, going to swap boards, set to DHCP, then swap back see if it hold the setting.
