How anyone had any issues with this paper.I have a customer have fusing problems trying to run in through an Oki C931.I looked at the info for this paper and it seems it is made more for high speed digital ink presses.....and yes I have told him to try different paper settings and yes he said it use to work before.

It might be pertinent to know the paper specifications:
short grain/long grain
gsm
texture
gloss
Is it being stored properly?
Does the wrapper specify use in "Inkjet devices"?
What do you define as "issues"? Image quality, feeding, fusing, skewing, something else?
All these things make a difference.
And the media inside that package may have been sourced from someplace else, since they started using it.
So many questions. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
