[Error Code] OKI ES 5473 error 142 and MU

Hi
Need some assistance on a OKI ES5473 giving error 142 when starting to print.
The service manual refer to ID unit (Drum unit) but not a specific one.
As per our tech support it was recommended to replace Main board as machine was still under warranty.
We replaced Main board but the error 142 remain an issue when starting to print.
We did swap drum units from another machine but error remain. Drums not new but life is above 60% on all drums.
There is a Maintenance utility app to register the serial number on the OKI when replacing main board the version we have is 1.46
The read me file that list all compatible models does not include the ES 5473 only up to ES5462.
Does anyone perhaps have a later Maintenance utility app available that support the ES5473 please.
I do not find any download on OKI website.
Any help or direction appreciated

Remove the Cyan Drum Unit and test.
