Can you print face down or face up to an HP 4345mfp?

Hello there. I have a question from a customer whom I am not able to help at the current moment due to not having access to an HP 4345 for the remainder of the day. She works for a drug rehab center and would like to know if she can make a change to dictate whether the printed (as in from a computer to the copier) page comes out face down or face up. I'm sure this is related to the sensitivity of the information she's printing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a setting in the driver for face up or down printing.

The following is from the operator's guide:

Selecting face-up or face-down output in the printer driver
The MFP can deliver pages either face-up or face-down. When jobs are delivered facedown,
multiple-page documents are delivered in the correct page order. Face-down output is
the fastest delivery method.
Select face-up output when you want to use the straightest paper path, such as when
printing on heavy media. Multiple-page documents are delivered with the pages in reverse
order.
To specify face-up or face-down output, use the following procedure.
To select face-up or face-down output
1. Open the printer driver (see Using the printer drivers).
2. Select the Output tab.
3. In the section for Output bin options, select either Face Down (Faster) or Face Up
(Straightest Path).

Ken, I have another question in regard to this same machine/issue, if you wouldn't mind seeing if you understand the solution. It turns out that customer wants to be able print out her payroll checks (which, in the paper deck, are sequentially numbered from the lowest number up top, to the highest number at the bottom.) When we changed the output of the printed page, all it does is run the page back through the duplexer to flip it over post-printing, rather than print on the opposite side of the page, as the customer now states that she wishes. Since this is pre-printed media, this "printing on the top side of the page" issue is important to the customer. I appreciate your help, Ken.
