Riso RZ390 Wrinkling pages

I have a Riso with about 7mil on it and it has starting wrinkling pages bad, i have taken out the timing roller and it seems to be very worn unevenly and im thinking this is the cause but wanted a 2nd opinion before i ordered parts since it is a billable call, any input is appreciated, thanks.

LOL About the amount of copies..Ya I would say your correct.......but come one 7,000,000 copies time for a major rebuild or new/bigger mach.

Risographs are notoriuos for ink buildup on the rollers. Try scraping the roller with a knife edge and see if dried ink doesn't flake off and your roller becomes new again.
