    [Error Code] Imigistics IM3511 maintenace message reset - hot to do it

    Are the service codes, maintenance resets and so forth the same on the Imigastics 3511 as the Sharp ARM355N?

    How do you reset the maintenace message once the parts are replaced/checked?

    If differenet from the Sharp where can a tech obtain a service manual?? I search the web and could not find the manual to download or even purchase.

      As far as I know it's all the same.

      Service Mode: P > * > C *
      Run 25-02 for developer stir, 24-01 to clear jam and trouble code counts, 24-02 to clear paper feed source counters, 24-04 to clear maintenance counter, 24-05 to clear developer counter, 24-07 to clear drum counter. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Thank you for the info on the service codes. We have all the sharp manuals so we will use them. I know the toner is different due to the toner hopper. I was told by another dealer that if you replaced the toner hopper with a sharp one you can use the sharp toners.

                  you can use sharp 450 toner cartridge in it if you bend down or break of the tabs on drum unit and use a imagistics toner chip. problem is finding those imagistics chips.

                      Imigistics IM3511 repair codes

                      Our techs went to the location and all the Sharp repair codes work on the Imigisitics copier printer. The repair of the fuser assembly and drum unit went smoothly. Thanks.
