Anybody know what the error code 006-370 is calling for, have tried to reset, power down and up, still has code. Nobody even has a manual except Dell.

Start of Scan failure on laser

The MCU board did not sense the laser motor spinning. Probably a bad laser scanner, also known as ROS. The part number is P4783
