[Error Code] stuck on welcoome

working on a cs-300i. stays on the welcome screen for a while then its self diagnosis is F000. Either the op pwb or the main pwb. Tried flashing up the unit thru the back of unit. same result. tried usb. same result. any feed back would be appreciated. i am leaning towards the op pwb.

did you upgrade all the firmware. EXP- if you upgrade main then didnt upgrade MMI its will give you error.upgrade firmware of main PWB, engine PWB and MMI.
also check connection between Operation panel PWB and main PWB.
if not its will be main PWB or operation
panel PWB.(my think main PWB)
