    Dell 5110cn?

I have a Dell 5110cn that the black toner is printing really lite. So lite it can barley be seen. Anyone I have a idea why? Have tried new toner and new drum unit. Also I can not find out what this mach crosses over to if anyone knows what this mach crosses over to. I think it is a Xerox or Fugi but not sure which one or model #.

The information I have is that it is a Xerox Phaser 6250. But I'm not 100% sure on that so don't take it as the gospel.

There's a calibration that needs to be done after a cartridge replacement. This happened twice at my only location with one of these. Cartridge goes empty. Replace cartridge. Light prints.

      Press:
Menu, "Configure" right arrow, "Basic Settings" down arrow, "Maintenance" right arrow, "Maintenance Paper Density" down arrow x5, "Maintenance Developer Cleaning" right arrow, "Developer Cleaning Yellow'" down arrow to desired color, "Desired Color, Are You Sure?", OK (center button).

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
