OKI B2540MFP Waiting for init card- problems

Hello can anyone help me. ???
I got an OKI B2540MFP that i resetted the counter on. ( Arrow down , # , 4 ).
After that the display reads " WAITING FOR INIT CARD "

Can anyone help me , is there anyone who has a service manual and/or firmware upgrade program that i can test.

I have tested this " > , # , 0 " = Reset all , but it did not work the display reads "waiting for init card" is there anything else that i can test.
Is there anyone out there who have had this fault , and have any solution for the problem ??
I do not have any card to put in the machine.

When i try to write out the error list in service mode - it works fine. It start to print out a list. But it dosent work when i try to copy or print out from the pc.
