I'm a 20+ year Ricoh tech, and this is my first dealings with line printers. I have 2 4410 printers with different problems. #1 error spacing. I've already cleaned the slit sensor and chopper disk. What is the most common causes of this particular error? #2 The form feeds in just fine up to and under the printhead, but when the head moves to the right, it rips the paper to shreds. Any ideas on this one? I have the manual, but so far it has been of little help to me.
