Printing on Film KIP 5000

Hey everyone,

I got a customer trying to print on film (clear plastic) on her Kip 5000. it's cutting off about 2 inches of the image. If you try to print the same file on bond, it prints out fine. on both media's the cut sheet is the same size. I called Konica Minolta tech support only to have them tell me that the film, which the customer purchased from them directly, is at fault. Does anyone know of a supplier of film for the 5000 that works good, and if so what is the item number?

You are telling the machine that you are using film and not bond. If not then it will slip while feeding and there is nothing to fix.
