    okidata c550/Fatal error 980

    Can anyone tell me what code refers to.I think fuser but not sure.Fuser unit looked good,Is there a way to reser without changing fuser if this in fact a fuser code?Is there some sort of reset?

      You sure about that model number and you don't mean C5500?
