    okidata C5500/980 Fatal Error Code

    HI,
    Had fatal error 980 code on machine,Replaced fuser unit as suggested.(Thank you ,took care of problem)Ran fine for three days,customer had jam in fuser today and after removing jam taking fuser unit out of machine,Fatal Error Code 980 came back.Fuser unit is new original and only a few copies old,Is there a way for me to reset so I dont end up losing money on this call.

          HI Again,
          With fatal error code 980 is there some adjustment I need to make?Machine had simple jam in fuser (new fuser) and 980 code is now back. Can ant OKI techs please help.
