    Oce 2822c adf jamming

    is there any Oce techs that know this machine? adf jamming 1 sided 2sided. customer does lots of scanning, big and small jobs. i cleaned rollers blew dust out ouf sensors, does work sometimes but jams most of the time ?

    thats a konica minolta right? there is a bulletin for that feeder about the separation pad/roller pressure also a modified part, i believe.

      not sure about that. i went there today and cleaned the two one way bearings on the pick up roller shaft for the adf and it seemed to fix it

        Try looking in the Jam History for either 6602 or 6603 jams (ADF feed xport and exit xport jams).

        If '6602' is listed and you've cleaned the felt patches for the sensors, then the white roll units (both at the slit glass and just before the white mat) are usually the main culprit-- even with new rollers in the feed/sep section.

        If '6603" is listed, then it'll most likely be the mylars near the area where original duplexing occurs.
