[Error Code] OKI MACHINE--error code 560 (machine model c9650)

machine is showing error code 560!.solution?....then this machine when i replaced the whole set of drum with new ones: C,M,K accepted but Y refused. When we take the same Y drum
and put in the other machine(same) the drum is working perfectly.what could be the problem??solution please urgent.

Then another machine the same model....when i close the front door cover,the machine is still displaying the message<the cover is not closed,close the cover>...i checked the door sensor but all in vain....if your experience with these machines please give possible solution.. thank

The top cover is not recognized, when you
close it, there is a message saying: PLEASE CLOSE THE TOP COVER since
the cover is closed!

If you press the help key and it displays a error 310 the driver board in the back has a fuse blown.There is an OkiDoc on this problem.

Symptom:
The operator panel displays "Close Cover Top Cover" and "Error Code: 310" when the Help button is pressed.

Cause:
The 310 error can be caused by the fuse F506 on the motor driver board, (S2M).
When this fuse F506 is open, the operator panel will display "Close Cover Top Cover" and "Error Code: 310".

Resolution:
Once it has been confirmed that the fuse 506 is open you should replace the motor driver board, (S2M), part # 42868111.

okay i will check on that but how do i access the motor drive board and how do i notice its open...i have never opened this machine neither do i have parts manual...where can i get parts manual of this machine an how to access this part?...please advice its agent.
