    Hi there,

    I have a customer with one of these envelope presses - great machine apparently. Recently though, when came time change the cyan toner, an employee mistakenly put a black unit instead, realized her mistake and put back in a new cyan unit. Apparently, ever since, they have had a consistent slight black background on the entire envelope. They called their phone support who told them to interrupt the process while the machine was running and see if they could determine any background on the envelope before it reached the fuser - they did not see any, which made the tech. tell them to replace the fuser - which they have done, with no improvement to show for it. They have also replaced the whole cyan imaging unit. Any suggestions?
