Hi, I have this printer, this failure alone makes the color magenta, on the back side of the impression, it seems sewr contact failure, but did not see much this model of machine, thanks

Replace the Magenta DV-Unit.

thanks eric, but replaced him and not the dev-mag, the printer stopped working and the problem is between the dev and the transfer belt.

Could also be a defective development clutch.

Was solved by changing the transfer roller right door, as it was not only in the magenta but in all colors, thanks!
