    Oce TDS 400 Scanner installing Problem

    Hi Every Body .
    I bought A new Oce TDS 400 Black And White Plotter.
    I Search And Finally I could Install Printer On Windows XP Via Fiery . But Whatever I searched I Couldnt Possible Way For Installing Scanner . Please SomeOne Guide me .

                  my problem is on my scanner I cant select file. when I press File Button . Nothing Happens And still Copy Led Is On.

                      Not sure what to tell you, other than read the manual & try to work the issue yourself or call your local Oce' dealer. Oce's aren't as prevalent as other copier brands, so the likelihood of finding someone that can help you out is kinda slim. Not trying to be a jerk, just trying to explain what you're up against.

                          you know on my controller i have to enable scan to file . but I dont have this Option On my controller and I found out its usuall. My controller version is : 2.1.9.0 . is there Any possible way to install this option on Controller ?
