    APOLOGY/HONEST MISTAKE

    HI,
Thank you Blackcat for pointing out my post.I must have hit the (op)keys simultaneously. If anyone is dope on this site,it is me.
In fact ,Id be your leader as far as dopes are concerned,I am not fit to hold most of your screwdrivers,Hopefully apology will be accepted.
To answer Blackcats question I downloaded two Lq 2170 /80 service manuals and could not find column explanation, hence my first repost.
    Thanks for understanding

      No apology necessary.

I might suggest that you read your thread before submitting it. It can be really surprising what you type, if you don't re-check it. Often even I cannot figure out what I intended.

And regardless of how frustrated you are, it's a good idea to include things like what model you're working on. Many of our people are brilliant, but not many are psychic. Not even me. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
