[Dead] OCE 7056?(No No not a museum i actually have to fix one)

    Goodmorning everyone!

As i stated above one of my clients still have one of those that recently popped a 0802 code and its dead ever since.
My questions(dont laugh, hes a friend thats why im doing this ):
-Anyone has the book of that particular machine?Especially the electrical diagram.
-Anyone has had that code?Any thoughts?
I did check the thermistors in the fuser and they seem fine.
I have a hunch its either the solid state relay or the main board.

    Any insight highly appreciated!
I don't like the new copier I just bought. It says "put face down" but every time I do it, it blinds my eyes.

Thank you for the reply but

I do have the sm book of a 7050 so i already saw those.
My only problem is that i want to take some measurements in the main board but i find
different layout on the book and other on the board.
Thats why i asked if anyone had the book of the 7056.

Good Luck on finding the 7056, all I have is a few different sections for the 7050 that also refer to the 7056 as the same machine with a few minor changes.

We have an oce 7056 that has just stop printing. Turns on, functions as though it is going to copy, but all we get are blank pages. No error codes. At first i thought was toner and perhaps there was something wrong with the sensor, so i replaced toner still no luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

About the only thing that will cause a white copy without an error code is if no toner is gettting to the page. If you loose charge you will get a black copy. Lose lamp you will get an error. About the only thing left would be if the drum is not turning or the mag roller not turning. Either would give a white copy with no error.

OOPS! For the first time in my life I screwed up?? I was thinking that was a digital machine but it's analog so if you lost charge (you should get an error code) you would also get a white copy (broken charge wire?) or if the lamp was out you would get a white copy but again those should give you an error code. The drum not turning and the mag roller still apply.
Sorry for the screw up on the info.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm guessing that issues with the drum and mag roller aren't user repairs. Any ideas on service costs?

You are correct it would not be user repair unless you want to try it with no manual. As far as the cost I'm not really sure about that either in your area. The bigger problem will be to find someone to work on it and then get parts. If you go to an OCE dealer they maybe able to help you so good luck. If I can give you any more no help advice let me know! Good luck again
