Get into F8-06 mode to check for error codes. Also check your counters, it could be a 85k maintenance reminder....

Is it showing key or a wrench symbol. If is the wrench, then as onetek says, it usually a pm item. If the machine is working fine then go in service mode F7 and change drum count, pm count and dev to 0. Also i would set F5-70 To 0 so as to not to pm. With these machines, let it run till the customer call for service and check the machine and see what needs replacing.
