I have a lot of copiers I service that seem to spray a lot of toner inside the machines.Some of the high volume machines get so bad that toner can be seen coming out of the fan ducts.I think it has to do with the type of toner being used . I am wondering if anyone else has had problems like this.

hi m8, if u r refering to panasonic copiers, i have had no real recent problems with 3rd party toner apart from hard lumps in the waste channel which tbh is not to much of a problem its quite rare anyway.
if u r getting spray r u refering to a certain model if so which 1, some machines do tend to overtone a little or maybe u r having Dev. problems

ya the dusting out of the fan for the old 35xx 45xx 60xx series is almost a sure developer breakdown.Comment
