I heard all but a couple of very large dealers were reclassified as resellers and kicked off of tech hotline. Parrot is now contracting that support and the good news is I have gotten excellent support from them. I hate to tell you this cause I don't want the short hold times to increase. It's sad that Panasonic had some very strong (and some not so strong) product lines that they didn't capture the market share necessary to continue with leading edge R&D. Hopefully they will recover and share resources from other markets they dominate. Their brand name suffers from people who don't want a copier from the same company that sold them a car stereo when they were in High School.
