    Panasonic DP4520

Having a intermittant E01-22 problem( polygon motor synchronization problem). Already swapped out the CCD unit. The service manual says the LVPSis next, but if it is, wouldn't i have different error codes? I think it's the SPC board. None to try. Expensive guess. Anyone had this problem before. Thanks in advance.

This may sound stupid but what does a ccd (scanner) have to do with a laser unit polygon motor assy or the like? I would have gone to the laser unit 1st to look at... have u swapped the laser unit or the like?
    Regards.

My bad. I swapped out the LSU assemble not the CCD. Sorry for that. You are correct to point that out.

No worries, as for the lvps, well I guess thats a possibility, depends on how it supplies power to various options, can u hear the motor spin or try to operate it in an output check mode (if such a thing exists). I'd check all the fuses on the lvps if thats what the manual suggests @ least, do u have a spare to try?
How is the motor controlled? By a main board or a sub motor control board or io board of some sort? Does the io board (if available) have fuses built on it like a lot of KonicaMinolta stuff does? And if so, are they good or not?

        Just stuff to think about.
        Regards!
