Have a Pitney-Bowes DL250 (I understand it's a early Panasonic Digital copier). It had a solid black area 1-2 inches wide on the drum.
After cleaning the drum and re-assembly the black line is gone but the print is faded and broken on the non-operator side. The operators side of the copy looks fine.
I don't usually work on Panasonic, but on Konica and Minolta copiers. I guess I put somthing back togather wrong but I've had it apart 3 times now and still can't find anything. I've cleaned coronas and laser glass, wiped the drum again with a dry towel, cleaned and dusted the cl blade. Nothing helps.
Any suggestions apppreciated.
