    U-16

    Hai all ,
    Dp1520 show u-16.The developer unit connector already connect but still show U-16,could anybody know how to clear the u-16? Thanks in advance.

    is the second connector between drum unit and dev unit also plugged in? Th.

      DP-1520 i have about 3 of theses in the field

      check the to see if you screwed in the developer unit. before you screw it in open the left side door drum side then check if its screwed in other wise
      chech the wire harness and were it plugs in for bent pins.

          keep looking for the detection behid process unit might be bent

          Did you have thie error u16 before working on machine?
          i hav taken a lot of these apart to change developer
          i would dubble check your work and chech all the connectors to make there together right i see bent pins on connectors and gives a error
          dose the door close with u16

            Thanks for your reply,i check all the connector with 8-pin connector and 4-pin connector on the developer unit are find.The u-16 still appear.

              I would test the dev unit on another machine if you have one handy.also, try another tdc sensor (and make sure the connector is plugged in all the way in the sensor).and clear the memory with a shippment set..Th.
