Have you checked all the pins in coming from the drum unit to the machine plug for the TDC sensor? If those are all in place then I would try replacing the TDC sensor.

Had it hapen to me a few times. Sometimes a shippment set is good enough, but twice I had to replace the main board......

i faceing the same problem in panasonic dp-8060 befor few day ago toner bottle cap not corect fix in hoper chack it ma be not go toner in side hoper.

i had a machine in the field that was doin the same thing and found it was the toner hopper. Toner hopper dumps toner into the developer when needed and then spins in reverse to bring the toner back into the machine so the passage is not clogged or blocked the next time toner is needed. I found that the hopper wasn't spinning in reverse. Changed the toner hopper...fixed the problem.
