The machine causing paper jam at exit side that is after the fuser unit when we use along with the document feeder (RADF) , if we use the glass the paper not jamming at all. What could be the possible cause please help.

Hi, when you copy of the glass, the paper goes straight through the machine and comes out face up, when you copy through doc feed it goes into the turnaround section (below the fuser) then back up so the copies are face down.
Check that the springs have not fallen off the turnaround section, there should be one on each side, if one is missing, it will jam, also check for any obstructions in the section, broken stripper fingers etc.
Finally I have had a couple of problems with something on the door causing a problem, check it out.

I say it's the spring. Had a copuple mach's that the same spring fell off. If your lucky enough you will find it. If not get to your local hardware store and find one that will work.Comment
