I am experiancing a error that is E5-01 which indicates that it is a VP (+24V) line error.
My question is if there is a board diagram or pin or jumper number that I could find on the board to relieve this issue.

You might try to adjust (bend) the interlock. Seems I had a couple do this and that fixed it. I think the tab gets bent and the switch doesn't make good contact.
