Panasonic FP-7824, weird display

Panasonic FP-7824, weird display.

Machine fires up normally, display is as it should be. However when coming to ready display is like in the picture. OP-Panel is locked up. No buttons stuck, no jams.



Known issue? PU, boards, OP-Panel?

Any hope for Dino?

It may be pannel problem,or ram or pu,clear the memory first
