i am localy (tech) in saudi arabi i have problem with panasonic dp-8060 error U-13 but toner is full. pls any body helps me thank .

Try turning both the sub power and main power off, wait three minutes then turn on machine. If that doesnt work, go into F4 service mode and run to toner supply motor. I wanna say it is number 51.

thank you now problem is solved achally with toner botle cap not right open toner hoper and fix it now is good working.thanks to all.

I had the same problem once on a 4520. I put a sponge at the inner side of the front door so the toner bottle could be more closed to the developer unit. The machine still works after about one year.
