Try unpluging the hard drive and boot up! I think I had something similar to this cant remember exactly. Hope that helps.

      ALL JOB CLEAR

Try using all job clear in f9, then trouble shoot the code, f9 should stabilize the panel.

The code is a board communication error. There are two main boards in this model; SC and EC. CN61 on SC and CN501 on EC. You can also try holding down the function and clear keys and then boot up the machine directly into service mode. If successful, try firmware update in F9. I hate to say this, but it is most likely the SC board. If the unit has an PS chip, try removing it before anything else.
Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

I can't say I've seen this code, but one thing I have noticed is the connectors on the PM kit fusers don't seem to fit as snug as the original connectors. I have had issues right after performing a pm, everything from paper jams to service codes. I slightly tweak the pins for the connector, and all my problems go away.
